I have a commercial background in Retail, HR, running an FMCG business and as a headhunter and coach. Utilising this broad background I focus on coaching leaders and aspiring leaders to enhance their contribution through greater self-awareness, improved impact, career ownership and issue resolution.

As a qualified Executive Coach I use a number of techniques and psychometrics to ensure my clients understand themselves, their environment and their expectations. This helps the client paint an ambitious yet realistic picture of what is needed to be successful and achieve their goals.

My style is personable, commercial and appropriately challenging, allowing for productive sessions that are objective focused rather than ‘comfy conversations’.

In the past 18 months I have successfully coached individuals across many sectors in positions including: CEO, President, COO, Managing Director, Partner, Operations Director, Project Director, HR Director, HR Business Partner, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Programme Director, Transformation Director, Marketing Director, Senior Lecturer and Finance Controller.

I am also a Career Mentor for students at Greenwich University and for the CIPD, so enjoy helping younger people establish themselves in the workplace.

Kate MansfieldAssociate Director
Kate has an extensive background in HR recruitment and interim management. She built up a strong reputation as a leader in this industry, with a deep expertise and knowledge in HR related careers. Having undergone extensive coaching herself, she recognised that her true passion lay in helping to enable and empower individuals within their working lives, and she refocused her energies into becoming a Career Coach. Kate works with a variety of clients supporting them with career change & job search strategies, helping them to find the clarity that they need to move forward. Kate has a particular interest in the career issues affecting women in leadership roles as well as women returning to the workforce following maternity leave and career breaks. Her knowledge of careers is underpinned by her MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck and by her training as a Careers Counsellor with CCS. She is also currently completing a Masters Diploma in Career & Talent Management at Kingston University. Kate has built a reputation for: being passionate about enabling individuals to find fulfilling & rewarding careers; a pragmatic, client focused approach; ensuring that her clients objectives are met and coaching results in an action plan which is both realistic and achievable.

Ron ButcherAssociate Director
Ron Butcher is a skilled and knowledgeable executive coach, trainer, facilitator, and organization consultant, with over 25 years experience in the corporate, public service, not-for-profit, sectors. With a focus on improving Organizational Performance through the effective use of human resources, Ron works with leaders and influencers at all levels, to stimulate and manage the changes needed to survive and thrive. This is supported by many years of career management experience. Ron has developed a reputation for: Asking leaders the right questions, skillfully managing process and content, and creating the vehicles for input, dialogue, decision-making, and execution.
Matthew Chipper
Matthew ChipperAssociate Director
Matthew has an academic background in Industrial Psychology and an applied background in Human Resource Management. He has spent the last ten years in Director and Senior HR and Organisational Development positions as well as consulting with multinational blue chip and SME organisations across most industry sectors. His experience spans the OD remit including high performance modeling, executive coaching, career assistance and outplacement, team building, training, psychometric assessment, climate survey analysis and reporting, retention and talent people development strategies as well as organisational transformation and review. Matt has built a reputation for: Having a fresh, creative approach to problem solving and strategic thinking; driving value through performance interventions; having the courage of his convictions.
