PAUL DEEPROSE
Managing Director
Paul has held HR and senior commercial positions in retail, FMCG and recruitment businesses. As a Headhunter within the Human Resources market for 13 years he worked with businesses such as Coca-Cola, Siemens, Muller, Ford, Tesco, RBS, Citigroup, SHL and many more. During that time he honed his skills in resourcing, assessment, coaching and the development of clients’ teams.
Paul set up The Career Gym to bring focused support to ambitious people and capitalise on his abilities to career coach HR and other professionals. He is motivated by assisting individuals to become better candidates or employees, by having a holistic view on their career, thereby enabling them to succeed in getting their dream job or stretching career move.
Focusing on career development Paul brings together the strands of talent management, leadership and performance management to inspire and build confidence in individuals so that they can reach new heights of success.

RON BUTCHER
Associate Director
Ron Butcher is a skilled and knowledgeable executive coach, trainer, facilitator, and organization consultant, with over 25 years experience in the corporate, public service, not-for-profit, sectors.
With a focus on improving Organizational Performance through the effective use of human resources, Ron works with leaders and influencers at all levels, to stimulate and manage the changes needed to survive and thrive. This is supported by many years of career management experience.
Ron has developed a reputation for: Asking leaders the right questions, skillfully managing process and content, and creating the vehicles for input, dialogue, decision-making, and execution.
MATTHEW CHIPPER
Associate Director
Matthew has an academic background in Industrial Psychology and an applied background in Human Resource Management. He has spent the last ten years in Director and Senior HR and Organisational Development positions as well as consulting with multinational blue chip and SME organisations across most industry sectors.
His experience spans the OD remit including high performance modeling, executive coaching, career assistance and outplacement, team building, training, psychometric assessment, climate survey analysis and reporting, retention and talent people development strategies as well as organisational transformation and review.
